I surprised Isaiah and Addison with a breakfast bike ride that ended at the waffle love truck. I've been telling him about REAL Belgian waffles since I had them at a food truck in New York. He loved them and Addison was a fan too!
Belgian waffle + Biscoff + Strawberries....mmmmmm
If you've never had Biscoff (or Speculoos spread or cookie butter) it's basically like spreadable gingerbread cookies. Or as a Belgian once told me it's made of unicorn tears, the laughter of children and the happiness of birthday parties.
